The Somerset County flag shown here is modified from
http://www.co.somerset.nj.us/countyseal_and_flag.html. It consists of a
yellow field, with a seal showing a white map of the county and 21 white stars
on a blue disk, and two yellow ribbons bearing the county name and the date
1688.
