Dark blue flag, the words CITY OF / OMAHA in yellow surrounding a yellow ring containing a yellow cross figure, each arm consisting of three widening shafts the middle of which is pointed, and a representation of a pioneer’s wagon in the centre – this image is rendered in various shades of blue and is placed in front of a red disk.
