Description of the flag

Town of Yarmouth held a flag contest in 2003. This site shows 5 top winning designs: http://www.yarmouth.k12.me.us/YHS/Art%20Department/final.flags/flag.winners/index.htm. There is another flag here:
http://www.yarmouth.k12.me.us/YHS/Art%20Department/final.flags/flag.winners/winners.htm which is one of the proposals (and maybe the chosen one). All proposals are shown here: http://www.yarmouth.k12.me.us/YHS/Art%20Department/final.flags/index.htm.
However, on another site the flag of Yarmouth is shown as blue with seal in the center: http://tea.armadaproject.org/weiss/1.11.2003.html (photo 11). It's unclear what flag is used.
