Description of the flag

A pale blue flag, with the city seal at the center, and the city name and date written in gold on white bands above and below the seal. The seal contains a shield showing a large red-roofed building, a mural crown and sword-wielding arm above, garlands of tulips(?) to the sides and a red ribbon below stating INDUSTRIA ET VIRTUTE (by industry and virtue). Woburn is in Middlesex County.
