The flag is divided into three triangles - upper hoist yellow, central triangle green, upper fly white. The white triangle contains a cow's head and apple, the green triangle the town seal, showing a large red building, surrounded by the town and state names and date of incorporation in gold. Sutton is in Worcester County.
