I have a photo of the flag of the City of St. Gabriel, Louisiana, USA, although I no longer have any record of the source of the photo. I suppose the photo is evidence enough. The flag is based on the city seal, having the central emblem (quasi-shield) on it: http://www.cityofstgabriel.us. The flag is a blue-yellow-blue horizontal triband, with the shield centered.
