Description of the flag

City of Haysville, Kansas, has a flag adopted in 1993.

"In 1993 the City of Haysville held a flag design contest. This flag designed by John Coleman was the winner."

It is red, with a large central crowned letter H in green, edged yellow, the state seal set inside a sunflower on both sides of the H, and the name arched over the top in black.
