The flag of the city of East Moline, Illinois, is vertically divided 1:2:1
black-white-orange. On the central white field is a logo (or seal?) consisting
of a three-armed dividing line in orange, in the upper hoist of which is a
silhouette of a factory, in the upper fly a silhouette of a railroad engine, in
the bottom an outline of two hands in a handshake hold. Around is written EAST
MOLINE and PEOPLE WORKING TOGETHER in black.
East Moline is a small
municipality of (according to their website) roughly 21,000 people and is
located across the river from Davenport, Iowa.
