I found this image on the Internet some years ago, but can no longer find it.
It's a patch showing the flag of the Village of Alsip, in Illinois, US.
Bi-colour white over red, with red big letters "ALSIP ILLINOIS" on the top of
the flag, and with village arms in the centre of the flag.

Flag information at
http://www.alsip.org.il/History%20Detail.htm#1965 Quote:
1965... A contest was run for the design of a Village Flag and Nancy O'Connor
was selected as the designer of the Alsip Village Flag which was flown on July
4th of that year for the first time.
There is also more village information at
http://www.alsip.il.us/ (if you press reload you will see various pictures
of the village).
The village is in Cook County Illinois near Chicago. The "resident information"
page shows a periodic table with nos. 14,15,16 highlighted (Al-Si-P), but the
History page makes it clear that the village is named for a pioneer family.
