Description of the Flag

Kit Hoffer, Public Information Specialist, City of Post Falls, Idaho, sent me a photo of the city flag. The flag is white with wide blue border. On the white field are presented stylizied mountains, river and "Post Falls". On the blue border, below is inscribed "Idaho's River City".

About the city:
"Post Falls is a city in Kootenai County, Idaho, United States near the Idaho state line between Spokane, Washington, and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The population was 17,247 at the 2000 census (2008 Population est. is 25,137). Post Falls is named for Frederick Post, who located there in 1871 to construct a sawmill along the Spokane River. The park bordering the Spokane River is called Q'emlin'Park - meaning "throat of the river"." - from Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Post_Falls,_Idaho.
