a photo of the city flag. The flag is white with wide blue border. On the white
field are presented stylizied mountains, river and "Post Falls". On the blue
border, below is inscribed "Idaho's River City".
About the city:
"Post
Falls is a city in Kootenai County, Idaho, United States near the Idaho state
line between Spokane, Washington, and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The population was
17,247 at the 2000 census (2008 Population est. is 25,137). Post Falls is named
for Frederick Post, who located there in 1871 to construct a sawmill along the
Spokane River. The park bordering the Spokane River is called Q'emlin'Park -
