Description of the Flag

A blue flag with the arms centered, consisting of a yellow-rimmed shield divided blue over red, bearing a conch shell in the blue field and a cotton boll in the red field. The name JEKYLL ISLAND is written on an elaborate white and yellow ribbon below.
