The NAVA image at
http://www.nava.org/Flag%20Design/City%20Survey%202004/city_flag_photos/GlendaleAZ.jpg
is a white ~2:3 flag with a letterhead logo centered on it. This consists of
three red elements above the lettering "Glendale" set in dark aqua Palatino
capitals, with the "A" replaced by a red upper case casual script "A" with a "Z"
of the same face partly overlapping it, right and below. The said red elements
are vertical rectangles each with a thin white Latin cross with a large white
disc on its core, partly overlapping each other with the thinnest fimbriation;
from the hoist, the 1st and foremost such rectangle is medium sized (about 1/3rd
of the flag height), the middle one is larger and lacks the bottom fly side
quadrant, and the 3rd is smallest.
