Flag is quartered, dark blue and white toward hoist, white and red toward fly, and overlain by a large deep yellow city seal, with black line illustration showing a tree with an M engraved on the trunk, an Indian below the word HISTORY, a railroad train below the word INDUSTRY, and a spraying airplane below the word AGRICULTURE.
