Heraldry:
"The gonfalon was confirmed in 1997. It represents a
rectangular panel about a ratio of the parties 1:1. In a blue
field is yellow anchor, on a white upper horizontal band (width
in 3/10 width of a gonfalon) are seven green oak leaves and two
yellow acorns with brown caps. The author is
Yu.Terlets'kyi".

is an or anchor. In argent chief are seven oak leaves and two or
acorns with sable caps. The author is Yu.Terlets'ky".
