"The square panel divided horizontally on yellow (top, width in 2/3 parties of a gonfalon) and blue strips, on yellow is red squirrel with a white nutlet in paws, on blue is white sabre with yellow handle, turned by an edge to a staff."

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"In November, 24th, 2004 session of Verhnebilkovs'ka village council has confirmed symbols of Verhnya Bilka, Nyzhnya Bilka and Suhorichchua villages. Azure; argent sabres with or handles turned by edges upwards in saltire, in the or triangular chief sitis gules squirrel with an argent nutlet in paws. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The authors are R.Sercelevych, A.Grechylo.
Sabres symbolise nobleness as only people of a noble origin had the right to free carrying of the weapon that specifies the old name of village. The squirrel in the chief means the new name of village."

"In the middle of XX villages the Verhnya and Nyzhnya Bilka ("Top Squirrel" and "Bottom Squirrel") had other names - Shljahetsk'a and Korolivs'ka Bilka.

"The square panel divided horizontally on blue (top, the size in 1/3 width of a gonfalon) and yellow strips, on blue is yellow crown, on yellow is red squirrel with a white nutlet in paws."

"Or; gules squirrel with an argent nutlet in paws, on the azure triangular chief is or crown. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The authors are R.Sercelevych, A.Grechylo.
The crown explains the old name - Korolivs'ka (Royal) Bilka, below squirrel means modern name (Bottom Squirrel)."

"Azure; three argent jugs over two or abassed wavy fesses. It symbolises the dried up small rivers, and jugs - absence of water. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The authors are R.Sercelevych, A.Grechylo.
Through the villages proceeds Bilka rivers, to Suhorichchya took away channels from small rivers which have dried up, having entitled settlement - Suhorichchya (dry rivers)."
