"Azure; or patriarchal cross on three vert hills. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The author is E.Chernets'kyi.
Cross on three hills symbolizes an old orthodox monastery, which has given a beginning of a village history.

"The first data about it refers to XVI century. On this place in Õ²-Õ²²² centuries was a monastery. Village has received name from a surname of the owner, Shkarovs'kyi."
