"Rectangular panel with a ratio of the parties 2:3, divided on three vertical strips . green, yellow and green in the ratio 1:5:1. In the center of green strip is yellow pine with seven branches."

"Vert; pine or with seven branches in pale accompanied in the dexter and sinister by flanks argent.
The pine is symbol of surrounding woods. Flanks are artel symbol and means the manufacture of the container based in 1929.
