The edward-lee.com website shows the same flag design as the "Reported flag" above, while vexilla-mundi.com agrees with the first, reported from globalflag.

The emblem shown at hccg.gov.tw (same on both designs) is placed on pink background in the first image and on light aqua in the second. On the center of a dark green triangular device, reminding of vintage sci-fi stop motion animation movies, stylized letters "竹市" (zhú shì), from the city full name, in red.
