Flag of the Constitutional Court

The ruling by Turkey's Constitutional Court on whether the AKP was consistent with the country's secular constitution was reported on 31 July 2008 on "World News Today" on BBC4 tv in the U.K. A shot showed Haşim Kiliç, the Head of the Court, moving past a flag in the courtroom.
I think we can be reasonably certain that this flag is indeed that of the Court, since the symbol on the flag is recognisably that which appears at the Court website.
