The flag and coat of arms of Odranci are prescribed by Decision Odlok o grbu in zastavi Občine Odranci, adopted on 14 October 1998 and published in the official Slovene gazette Uradni list Republike Slovenije, 77/1998.
The flag is rectangular, in proportions 1:2, vertically divided in three equal green, yellow and red stripes, with the coat of arms set in the middle stripe.
There is also a version for vertical hoisting with the coat of arms appropriately rotated.

The coat of arms of Odranci pictures in the upper green field a golden stamping-mill and in the lower red field three golden disks. A stamping-mill is a wooden device which was used for removing the chaff of the grain by beating, while the three balls are said to symbolize the millet porridge.
