According to Stanič & Jakopič [j2s05], Črna uses an unheraldical logotype as its coat of arms.
The emblem consists of a green rectangle containing a black disk with three black stripes protruding from it, downwards and to the each top corner and containing in the middle a white representation of the monument to the victims of the Second World War. The monument stands in the middle of the town at the crossroads (symbolized with black stripes) and was designed by the most important Slovenian architect Jože Plečnik. Above the rectangle there is a white panel with the writing ČRNA and below KOROŠKA. The font is Stratford DB.
