Municipal flag of Raška

The flag of Raška is prescribed in the Municipal Statutes, Article 7, as follows:

The municipal flag is blue with the municipal emblem printed in white positioned in the center of the cloth.
The elements displayed on the municipal emblem are the name of the town in Cyrillic script, a mountain (representing mount Kopaonik), a bridge, a church dome (perhaps representing the dome of the Gradac monastery), a cogwheel, crossed hammers and a river (representing river Ibar).
The flag proportions are not given in the Statutes, therefore the 2:3 proportions have been used to make the image of the flag.
