Flagdescription: 5 horizontal stripes, red - white - blue - white -
blue, proportioned 6:1:1:1:1, of which the bottom 4 are wavy; at the hoist
a yellow sun rises out of the waves.
Coat of Arms: gules two crozier or in saltire surmounted by a mitre azure lined
argent; a base of 4 wavy fesses argent and azurem issuing a sunrise or.
Old German name: Kolberg.
