Gostyō county flag

Gostyō county (Powiat Gostyński), Wielkopolskie vojvodship, consists of the communes (gminy) Borek Wielkopolski, Gostyń, Krobia, Pępowo, Piaski, Pogorzela, Poniec.
GOSTYŌ County - WIELKOPOLSKIE Voivodship - Old German name: ...Gostyn.
From written description at this webpage:
"...according to the Decision of the County Council the flag of the Gostyn County is a tricolor, from top - gold; middle - light blue; bottom - red. Contrary to that, the media reports describe the top-color as yellow..."
The Polish name has a little slash over "n", which makes it sound like a Spanish "n" with the little friendly wave on top of it.
