Renaissance shield of light blue (it is a color of Świętokrzyskie Vojvodship), rounded up at the base with the gold horseshoe in the middle. Inside the horseshoe is a double patriarchal cross and a silver letter "W" at the right-bottom of the cross. It is a combination of the arms "Debno" (Olesnicki clan - founders of the city of Pińczów - cross with "W" under its arm) and arms "Jastrzebiec" (Myszkowski clan - horseshoe with the cross inside). Double armed patriarchal cross is the coat of arms of the Benedictines of the Holy Cross Mountain and serves as a symbol of Świętokrzyskie Vojvodship. Also it is used in the arms of the counties of that Vojvodship. The flag of the Pińczów County is a tautological image of the arms.
