At this page  I found finally a confirmation of my doubts. In the reality there are no white fimbration strips on the flag, which Blas had drawn, so the flag on our page is wrong. Here I send the corrections. The county law No.XIX/100/2000 permits two variants to the flag. The first variant carries the elements from the shield of the coat of arms in the center. The second variant carries the shield of coats of arms with black outlines.
Flag and Coat of Arms adopted on 28 April 2000. Official ratio is 1:2. sic!
