Arms and flag adopted on January 31, 2003 (resolution # V/26/03).
"Arms: on the light-blue shield there is a silver griffin with the golden
talons. Below are, crossed, an Austrian rifle and Polish saber of the infantry
officer.
Flag: a rectangle of three bands in colors: white-yellow-light blue.
Ratio of the flag is 5:8. Width of the color bands is in proportions: 2:1:2."
