Lubartów - rural commune, Lubartów County, Lubelskie Voivodship.
Arms and flag adopted on April 14, 2003 (resolution # VII/32/2003).

"Arms: on a red shield - oak tree - green.
On both sides of the tree heads of leoparts (lampart) in profile, of golden (yellow) color.

Flag: Composed of three horizontal color bands:
upper - green - 2:5
middle - yellow - 1:5
lower - red -2:5
Overall ratio is 5:8
The ceremonial flag adds the Arms over the upper (green) and middle (yellow) bands in the middle of the flag."
