"Arms: on the red shield there is a silver half-lily and a golden half-iris.
Flag: a rectangle in proportions 5:8, of red color with the Arms (without
the shield) placed in the middle."

Whilst they are not "interlaced", would you say that the elements from
these arms are "conjoined" or "impaled by dimidiation" or both?
