Szadek commune flag

Szadek - urban-rural commune, Zduńska Wola County, Łódzkie Voivodship.
The Arms were adopted on July 18, 1990 (Resolution # III/21/90)
The flag of Szadek City was adopted by the Council on January 29, 2003 (Resolution # IV/28/03).
"Arms are modeled on the old Coat of Arms of the town, in use for several centuries.
It shows a knight in full armor (according to the church records it is Jakub Duzy) standing in the open gate of the castle with three towers of which the middle one
is higher than the others.

Flag is of white-red-yellow-blue colors.
The upper two stripes are of the national flag.
The stripes of yellow and green color represent the main enterprises of the commune's inhabitants - agriculture and small businesses.
Ratio of the flag is 5:8 in the horizontal display and 5:16 in vertical.
All stripes are of equal width."

But, that's no end of the story.
In the same text of the Law ("Statut"), the BIP -Bureau of Public Information gives the colors of the flag as:
"white-red-yellow-blue"
"white-red-yellow-green"
and: "green-white-yellow-red".
I sent a letter of inquiry to the city's fathers (or moms) asking for clarification and what the heck is going on over there?
Meanwhile, I'm attaching all "versions" of the flag for your amusement.
