Rząśnia - rural commune, Pajęczno County, Łódzkie Voivodship.
Gmina Rząśnia is a rural gmina (commune) in Pajęczno County, Łódź Voivodship,
in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Rząśnia, which lies approximately
9 kilometres (6 mi) north of Pajęczno and 70 km (43 mi) south-west of the
regional capital Łódź.
Area: 86.37 sq.km (33.3 sq.mi); Population: 4,802 (2006).

It has a sport club: LKS "Czarni" with good football (2nd Division)
and volleyball teams, as well as a mole-catcher.
Arms and flag adopted by the Commune Council in April 2008 and submitted
for approval to the Heraldic Commission and Ministry of Internal Affairs
and Administration in Warsaw.
"Arms: on the blue shield two images of the Apostols: silver-bearded
Matthew and black-bearded Matthias holding axes and books: Matthew - open
and Matthias
closed one.
Flag: a rectangle composed of three vertical bands: extreme ones are
narrow and blue and the middle one is yellow and double the width of the
other two.
On the yellow band the Arms are placed centrally.
Ratio of the flag is 5:8."
