Żagań commune flag

We have the flag of Żagań - urban commune (by Jarig Bakker 2000 with a very nice note) so, now is time to have the flag of Żagań - - rural commune too, especially that they have one and are proud of it.

Żagań - rural commune, Żagań County, Lubuskie Voivodship - former name: gmina Dzietrzychowice; former German name: Sagan.
Arms and flag adopted on June 27, 2003 (resolution # VIII/37/03)

The upper part (red) shows the bust of an angel dressed in yellow with white wings.
On the lower part (green) there is  white, wavy ribbon running in slant and up to the right of the shield.

Flag: a rectangular piece of cloth in ratio 5:8 divided into three horizontal bands, of which the middle one is divided further into two narrower stripes.
The colors from the top down are:  red-white-yellow-green."
