Here is the flag of the commune of Lipinki Łużyckie, in Zary county, Lubuskie vojvodship, as presented at the communal website, adopted 30 lipca 1996, that
is 30 July 1996 (that's a canting month!). Old german name: Linderode.

Flagdescription: 4 horizontal stripes white, red, yellow, green.
Coat of Arms: per pale a) per fes vert and gules, over all a corn-ear or; b) argent a lindenleaf vert - "lipa" = lindentree.
