Radziejów commune flag

Radziejów - rural commune, Radziejów County, Kujawsko-pomorskie Voivodship - name under Nazi occupation: Rädichau (1943-45).
The flag was adopted by the Commune's Council resolution # VIII/40/2003 on August 25, 2003
"The commune's Coat of Arms is, on a gold field, a red tower topped with a Latin cross (black).
The tower has an open gate with golden doors.
Above the gate, there is a silver, gothic shield with a black half-lion and a red half-eagle under a golden crown.

The flag is rectangular, composed of four vertical bands in the sequence: yellow-black-white-red.
Yellow, black and white bands are equal in width and comprise 1/3 of the flag.
The red band takes 2/3 of the flag."
