Dzierżoniów commune flag
Dzierzoniów - rural commune, Dzierzoniów County, Dolnoslaskie Voivodship
- former German name: Reichenbach; old Polish name: Rychbach.
Commune's "Statut", updated in 2007, says clearly:
" The Commune has the Arms, of which on the upper part there is the
image of Our Lady of Kielczyn with the two wheat stalks on her both sides.
In the lower part of the Arms there is a triple hill in green and the
blade of a plough (plow) in black.
Colors of the Commune are depicted in its flag, which is: yellow-green-blue.
Proof of the flag is included in the Addendum # 3 to the Law."
And, here is another contradiction. The law clearly states "yellow-green-blue"
but the provided proof has it "blue-yellow-green" I have the image of the
flag which is true to the legal description.
