Cieszków - rural commune, Milicz County, Dolnoslaskie Voivodship - former German name: Freyhan.
"The Coat of Arms of the Commune is the silver rogacina, double-crossed and on the late-gothic shield. Heart-like shield on the cross of rogacina, touching the second, lower bar is silver with the red rooster surrounded by three six-pointed gold stars.

The flag of the Commune is composed of three horizontal bands:
a) upper band - red - 1/7 of the flag's width
b) middle band - silver (white) - 5/7 of the flag's width
c) lower band - red - 1/7 of the flag's width."

NB:" Rogacina" is a Polish heraldic charge which enters the heraldic lexicon untranslated - any attempt of translating it into Latin, French, English, Russian or Vanuatan is completely useless.
"It resembles a broadarrow inverted with a complicated shaft" and is often crossed or double-crossed.
Its origins can be traced to the Tatar tamgas of the XIII Century
