Boguszów-Gorce new flag

Although there is a flag on FOTW page (Gunnar Staack 2001), it appears to be an obsolete one.
The new flag came into being in 2002.
Boguszów-Gorce - urban commune, Wałbrzych County, Dolnośląskie Voivodhip - former German name: Gottesberg-Rothenbach.
The city of Boguszów-Gorce was created in its present form in 1973 by the merger of 4 entities:
- Boguszów - (Gottesberg)
- Gorce - (Rothenbach)
- Kuźnice Świdnickie - (Fellhammer)
- Stary Lesieniec - (Alt Lässig)

According to the Law of 2002: "The Coat of Arms of the City is the shield divided into three fields:
On the left field: a green hop leaf on gold (yellow).
On the right field: red and white chessboard in four rows.
On the bottom field: three hills identifying the vicinity of Boguszów-Gorce:
*Mount Mniszek
*Mount Chelmiec ( the highest one)
*Mount Dzikowiec
Hills in blue on red background.

The colors of Boguszów-Gorce are three horizontal stripes of green - yellow - red."
