I don't trust this one. The author refer to them as flag of
"province" (and it is not...) and there is
no support to this images. I expect somebody that report a flag
to use the correct terminology. Moreover, wikipedia itself (both
English and Spanish) don't use those images in their main pages
of this comarca..

I was in contact with the provinicial autorities of Panama in
2003. Ngobe Bugle has a first unnoficial flag: quatered green and
white. In 2000 the adopted a horizontal green, white and red
flag. Further changes, if any are unknown.
