Dov Gutterman just sent this link: Amasus Chartering, Delfzijl, Netherlands.
Houseflag: Red over Blue with a white diamond, charged with interlocked AC

Amasus Chartering B.V. was formed 1.1.1999 as a holding company by Amasus Shipping N.V., Royal Shipping B.V. and Andreas Hansen B.V. The last named are cargo brokers and the other two continue to control their own fleets.

Nearly the same image is at this website. Letters AS intertwined in the center.

Amasus variant

[Amasus Shipping - variant] image by Eugene Ipavec, 1 May 2009

Dov’s link concerning 'Amasus Chartering' now leads to an 'Amasus Shipping' placeholder page; the following pages show the AS variant a lot: Check out left menu: ‘Agency’ leads to a page showing the AS variant in the cloth (photo on the right).    But mind, this site has not been renewed for more than two years.
According to the following page, AC went – or was allowed to go – bankrupt in late 2003.
More information here (AC was founded in 1999 and did not employ anyone at the moment of bankruptcy):
Recently a related flag(oid) made its appearance: found in ‘Schuttevaer’ specialized shipping weekly (NL), it repeats the basic pattern or archivexillum: this time, the diamond bears the name ‘AMASUS’ in yellow letters – no serifs.
Source: Schuttevaer nr 36 of Sat 6 Sep 2008, advertisement on p. 12.  Pdf file available via the archive section: This flag seems to appear on one of the advertisement’s photos, too tiny to be sure. This variant seems to be the current Amasus house flag, due to appear on an eventually renewed homepage.
