Overview

Uzventis (Kelme District) - on a red field a golden Pegasus and enarched wavy silver strip. Flag proportions 10:11, free edges bordered with a narrow golden stripe, finial is a silver lance head with silver bands. Pegasus symbolizes three famous Lithuanian writers of 19th century (Povilas Visinskis, Zemaite, Satrijos Ragana) lived in the town, and the wavy stripe is the Venta river, from which the name of the town originates.
