Overview

Karsakiskis (Panevezys District) - on green field with golden bordure on free edges golden lynx head. Flag proportions 5:6, finial is wooden knob. The green field means surrounding woods, depending to Zalioji Giria ("Green Forest") woodland. The lynx means the nearby rivulet Lusupis ("Lynx River") and wood with same name, also lynxes living in environs, also it symbolizes vigilance.
