handed over the Northern Province flag to the council’s Chief Secretary S.
Rangarajah, and the Eastern Province flag to its Chief Secretary Herat
Abeyeweera at a ceremony on Tuesday at the Governor's Secretariat. The new flag for the north has the symbol sun in the middle
