A Sunni-based political party. Its leader was interviewed on the BBC,
and what I took to be the party flag was visible behind him, though
folded over so only the bottom half was visible. The flag was
golden-yellow, with a thin blue horizontal stripe and a centered
circular logo of a green ring with two wheat sheaves around a white disc
containing a green Arabic inscription.
The flag is shown in a tiny photo at the party site,
http://www.iraqiparty.com.

There are inscriptions above and below the logo, one likely being the party name.
The one above seems to be: "الحزب
الاسلامي
العراقي", in green letters.
No idea about what's written in black thicker letters below the emblem.
