Description

RAFAEL (initials of Reshut Pitu'akh Em'tzaei Le'khima or Armament Development Authority), even thou its name is not an independent authority in spite of its name —such as the Post Authority or the Nature and National Parks Authority— but belongs to the Ministry of Defence. Its flag is a logo-on-bedsheet. I spotted dark blue on light blue but could be in other colours. Logo from their website.

Armament Development Authority intreduced a new logo and flag. The logo is now ovalic as seen at its site <www.rafael.co.il> and all flags are blue logo and inscription on white background.
