Overview

Polienik is a community in the Zadar County, 15 km northeast of Zadar, population 4,500 inhabitants, 1,100 in the village of the same name.
The coat of arms of Policnik is shown in the news section of the Heraldic Art web site meaning that it was probably adopted during 2007.
The coat of arms of Policnik is: gules three plates on a closed book on a bookstand all argent.
I suppose that the three disks refer to St. Nicolas, the patron saint of the parish of Policnik.

The flag may be seen on a news item covering ministerial visits to the communities. Photo showing the flag here.
The flag is dark blue with the coat of arms bordered yellow in the middle.
