includes an article on the celebration o fthe community day of
Povljana, 23rd April 2009. There is a photo where the flag and Coat
of Arms (on diplomas) are visible - confirming us that they
exists, unfortunately the details are not clear - its seems that
the Coat of Arms is azure with some argent object, possibly a
vessel with a handle. It is set bordered yellow in the centre of
a light blue flag..
The new
statutes of Povljana (Statut Opcine Povljana, 29.07.2009,
Službeni glasnik Zadarske županije, br. 17/2009,
27.08.2009) includes only general "default"
determination on the existance of the symbols and the general
procedure for their adoption and regulation of their use.
