Overview

Supetar is a city in the Split and Dalmatia County, on the island of Brac, being the largest city on the island facing Split across the channel. Alomst 4,000 inhabitants, much more people during the summer, since tourism is the main industry. Supetar had the status of community since 1993 administrate reform, to be granted the city status in 1997.
The coat of arms of Supetar is per pale argent and gules overall a key counterchanged. The key is attribute of St. Peter, the namesake and the patron of the city. It is shown on the city web site at titled "Grb i zastava" (i.e. Coat of arms and flag) but showing only the coat of arms.
However, a news article ("Supetar dobio zastavu i grb", dated 1. 7. 2005) provides us with a bit more info. The coat of arms and the flag were publicly presented on a ceremonial session of the city assembly (presumably a day or two before the date of the article), and the heraldic artist is named Mladen Grubišic. The symbols were consecrated by Msgr. Slobodan Štambuk, the bishop of Hvar, Brac and Vis.
The flag is there described as red with the keys in the middle, I believe the reconstruction from that journalists reports is sufficiently faitful following the standard Croatian municipal flags pattern: red with the coat of arms in the middle.
