Overview

Marina - The westernmost community in Split-Dalmatia County of some 108 sq. km, with about 4,500 inhabitants, due west of city of Trogir.
The image was made according to the several photos (taken by my sister for me). The details of the coat of arms are approximate, since the flag was waving in a strong wind constantly. The coat of arms is blue with white wavy lines in base, from which is issuing a white tower with several windows and red roof.
It is my guess that there exist such, or similar tower in Marina port, probably once used as defensive fortress.
The flag is light blue, with the coat of arms in the middle bordered in gold, exactly following the strict and boring rules set be the Ministry of Administration.
It is highly probable that this flag was adopted some years ago, and approved by the MA. Regarding the design, there is no obvious reason why it shouldn't be so.

Coat of Arms and flag were designed by Heraldic Art d.o.o from Rijeka and approved by the Ministry of Administration/Central State Office for Administration before 2006.

The ceremonial flag of Marina was shown on their web site. The ceremonial flag is a light blue gonfalon ending triangularly with golden fringe, above the coat of arms in the middle is yellow inscription of the name of community in two arches, and below green branches of olive and vine with golden bunches of grapes.
