Promina is a community in the ibenik and Knin County, in
the period 1993-1997 named Oklaj, after the seat of
administration some 20 km north-east of ibenik.
It has about 1,300 inhabitants.
There is no yet Coat of Arms nor flag of Promina, however on <promina.blog.hr>
one may read the text of the decision forming a commission to
detemine the Coat of Arms and the flag: Odluka o pokretanju
postupka za utvrdivanje grba i zastave Opcine Promina, Oklaj,
29.05.2006.
The four members commission was to call for contents to deliver
some design, but it seems (from the comments to the post there)
that the commission did nothing yet.
The page also provide a detail of a white table flag containing a
design that seems to be the former Coat of Arms of Promina, but
it turns out that it is the emblem of a Promina Club in Zagreb.
