Overview

The new 2009 Statutes of Sibinj (Statut opcine Sibinj, 10.07.2009, Službeni vjesnik Brodsko-posavske županije, br. 12/2009, 14.09.2009), probably repeating the previous statutes (SV BPŽ 11/01, 21/04 and 2/09), prescribes in its Article 3 that "the Community of Sibinj shall have a coat of arms and a flag." (future tense), suposedly this means that no symbols were yet adopted although they intend to do so eventually.
